Just say, “he said, she said.”
Nouns, verbs, are the workhorses of language. Especially in dialogue, don’t say, “she said mincingly,” or “he said boisterously.” Just say, “he said, she said.”

Ok, so how about, He screamed, She sobbed? Yeah I had a few adverbs to shank that sat menacingly behind the word 'said'
a most common pitfall.
